ডেলিভারি এলাকা

আমরা বিশ্বস্ত কুরিয়ার সার্ভিসের মাধ্যমে সারা বাংলাদেশে ডেলিভারি প্রদান করি।

ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি

বাংলাদেশের অধিকাংশ এলাকায় ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি (COD) সুবিধা উপলব্ধ।

ডেলিভারি সময়

• ঢাকার ভিতরে: ১ থেকে ৩ কার্যদিবস

• ঢাকার বাইরে: ২ থেকে ৫ কার্যদিবস

ঈদ, সরকারি ছুটি বা বিশেষ পরিস্থিতিতে ডেলিভারিতে অতিরিক্ত সময় লাগতে পারে।

ডেলিভারি চার্জ

লোকেশন ও অর্ডারের ধরন অনুযায়ী ডেলিভারি চার্জ ভিন্ন হতে পারে। সঠিক চার্জ চেকআউটের সময় অথবা আমাদের সাপোর্ট টিম থেকে জানিয়ে দেওয়া হবে।

অর্ডার কনফার্মেশন

অর্ডার করার পর আমাদের প্রতিনিধি ফোন বা মেসেজের মাধ্যমে অর্ডার নিশ্চিত করতে যোগাযোগ করতে পারেন।

ডেলিভারি প্রক্রিয়া

অর্ডার করার সময় সঠিক ঠিকানা ও মোবাইল নম্বর প্রদান করার অনুরোধ করা হচ্ছে। ডেলিভারির আগে কুরিয়ার প্রতিনিধি আপনার সাথে যোগাযোগ করবেন।

ডেলিভারি ব্যর্থ হলে

গ্রাহককে যোগাযোগ করা না গেলে বা গ্রহণের জন্য উপস্থিত না থাকলে অর্ডার বিলম্বিত, বাতিল বা ফেরত যেতে পারে।

পণ্য গ্রহণের সময় অনুগ্রহ করে ভালোভাবে যাচাই করে গ্রহণ করুন।
